You don't need any experience, any equipment, or any idea what to expect. Just show up. We'll take care of everything else. Parents are welcome to watch from the sidelines, and we'll answer every question you have after class.

What to expect

Arrive a few minutes early

Give yourself time to meet the instructors and get oriented. We start every newcomer with focused, one-on-one attention before you join the group.

Wear comfortable clothes

Athletic shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt are perfect. No uniform needed for your trial. We train in bare feet on the mat.

Experience a real class

You'll get a genuine taste of Kanzen Goju-Ryu: technique, discipline, and respect. Parents are welcome to watch from the waiting area.
